How to use

1/ Shake well before each use.

New to oil pulling
I'm new to oil pulled ng but this product has made it very easy. Simple instructions, doest feel or taste weird like I thought it would. They even let you know to not put it down your drains as it would cause clogs and potentially damage your pipes! Happy I tried it!

Love this.
I wasn't entirely sure what to expect but the oil pulling rinse has a decent mouth feel and good minty taste. Easy to use for the full ten minutes per instructions. My mouth has never felt so clean.

So Far So Good!
I’ve only been using this product for a couple days, but I actually quite like it! I even kinda look forward to it :) Much better than regular coconut oil and I love that it has the nano hydroxyapatite in there to coat my teeth. I swish for 10 mins then spit into a little receptical so as not to clog the pipes.

Oil pulling oral rinse
At the suggestion of my dental hygienist, I purchased this product. Have only been using it a short time, but so far I love the mouth feel. While I do spit it out into the wastebasket, as directed, it leaves a very clean feeling in my mouth. I am hoping to see an improvement to my gums and enamel at my next cleaning.
